سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع – متجر نبدأ

في متجر نبدأ نسعى لتقديم أفضل تجربة تسوق لعملائنا. في حال لم يكن المنتج مناسباً لكم، يمكنكم الاستفادة من سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع التالية:

1. مدة الاسترجاع
يحق للعميل طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال مدة 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

2. شروط الاسترجاع
لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلاً للاسترجاع يجب توفر الشروط التالية:

• أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية.

• أن يكون غير مستخدم أو متضرر.

• أن يكون في عبوته الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات.

• تقديم رقم الطلب أو فاتورة الشراء.

3. الاستبدال
يمكن استبدال المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام في حال:

• وجود عيب في المنتج.

• استلام منتج مختلف عن الطلب.

4. تكاليف الشحن

• في حال كان سبب الاسترجاع خطأ من المتجر أو وجود عيب في المنتج، يتحمل المتجر تكاليف الشحن.

• في حال كان الاسترجاع بسبب رغبة العميل في تغيير المنتج، قد يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن.

5. استرداد المبلغ
بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه، سيتم معالجة طلب استرداد المبلغ خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل باستخدام نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

Return & Exchange Policy – Nabda Store

At Nabda Store, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange according to the following policy.

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date the order is received.
